At Optical World we are a participating provider on Medicare and most other insurance companies. If you have questions concerning insurance plans please contact our office at (732) 502-0071.

All HMO patients must have a referral from their primary care physician for a medical examination.

Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through our office by calling either location.

Come prepared:

On the day of your visit please:

• Complete Patient Forms;
• Bring your glasses and contact lenses;
• List of all medications presently taken and;
• Be prepared for dilation in some cases.

Dilation causes sensitivity to light and inability to see things at close range. Frequently patients may bring someone to drive them to and from the appointment.
